The first thing you see upon approaching That Thai is its tranquil undercover wooden balcony, an inviting space in the open air that sets the scene for an intimate occasion on those balmy Queensland eves. The dining room maintains the same level of calm and composure, what with its Thai water feature, warm red walls and flower-filled vases in the various corners of the room. It's just the kind of place that focusses your attention on the delicate flavours you're about to consume, such as the sweetness of the Thai duckling with plum sauce, or the hot chilli and herb temptations in the spicy lamb.
